Austin Griffin

Prior to Tzadik, Austin has worked in the multi-site, asset management sector for over 20 years. Austin has experience overseeing portfolios in 8 countries and Nationally for large retail chains as well as mixed use portfolios for individual investors.

After earning a Certified Property Manager (CPM) Designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, Austin earned an Executive Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Leading the financial side of Tzadik, Austin has established new cost saving, efficient policies and procedures to ensure that financial “best practices” are met. Austin oversees the departments of Finance, Accounting, Legal, Human Resources and Acquisitions/Dispositions.

David T Runyon

Founder and Chief Visionary Officer

About

Prior to Tzadik, David was an process driven computer engineer working on such projects as the “Big Dig” in Boston with Honeywell, and the Tiger Woods Series with Electronic Arts in San Francisco.

After leaving EA, David used his business savvy and engineering expertise to found his organization, F cubed, which has aided many small businesses get off the ground and make their business model a reality.

Aiding in the creation of Tzadik, David has established processes and infrastructure. Most of David’s time is spent with Adam, working on the highest level priority projects.  David has his hands in the departments of IT, Business Development, Legal and Marketing.

Todd Vasko

Chief Operating Officer

Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with 26 years’ experience in property management, asset management, development and brokerage. Expert in overseeing large numbers of employees, leasing and management of over 5,200 residential units, 1.5-million square feet of office and retail space and asset management of $1-billion in assets. Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, strategic planning, mentoring (teaching) and communicating. Proactive and goal-oriented leader with an established record of success in leading corporate technology initiatives; flexible and adaptable in quick-changing business environments and needs ensuring delivery of new, highly-effective business solutions on time and under budget.
Todd’s role as the COO will focus on operational expenses to include Repairs & Maintenance, Utilities, Capital and Construction. A focus on short term objects will be the cornerstone for Tzadik’s long term sustainment of assets.

Alex Arguelles

With Tzadik from it’s inception, Alex has played a pivotal role in the acquisition of over 5000 multi-family and condo units. Alex’s expertise in Acquisitions, Foreclosures, Bankruptcies, Tax Sales, Note Purchases, and  Re-modification Loans have helped make Tzadik’s success possible.

Alex’s role in the Development and Acquisitions Department is crucial to Tzadik’s day to day project diligence. Alex plays a pivotal role in organizing and developing full life cycle business diligence. Along with creating value through value engineering, Alex also frequently works hands on with engineers, architects, city officials, attorneys, bank officers, and brokers.

Christina Alletto

For most of Christina’s career, she worked with a small owner and developer, helping transform a small company from 300 units to over 20,000 condominiums. She has played her hand at every level from property management, working all the way to President of a New York Property Management Company. She has immense experience in evaluating market trends and has executed these skills across many different regions. In addition to executing a $117 Million deal, Christina has overseen a multitude of varied projects including Lease Ups, New Construction, Historical Preservation and much more.

As the Director of Revenue, Christina plays a crucial role in maintaining Tzadik’s financial efficiency, overseeing the Senior Regional Management Team as well as ensuring and maintaining the continued profitability of Tzadik’s business practice.

Jeffrey Chew

Jeff has become an expert in his field with 30 years of Property Management and Real Estate experience. Jeff has successfully handled over one and a half million in commercial Real Estate and over 3000 residential units. Jeff’s experience is specific to the entire state of Florida; he’s managed or overseen Real Estate in every part of Florida from Market Rating residential Class A & B to Tax Credit and low income/stressed properties. Jeff currently sits on the Board of Director of the South East Florida Apartment Association.

Jeff brings his significant value enhancement skills to Tzadik in his role as VP of Investor Relations. Along with his Property Management input, Jeff also oversees and plays a crucial role growth of the 3rd party property management of Tzadik.

Prior to Tzadik, Hirsch was the founder and director of a successful Non-for-profit organization for 19 years, located in Del Mar, California. There he oversaw and helped orchestrate all aspects of the organization, ranging from Educational classes to outreach and fundraising events. It was here where Hirsch gained a keen ability to analyze and manage, operations.

Hirsch joined Tzadik as an Asset Manager in May of 2015. At Tzadik, Hirsch helps develop and review our Proprietary Revenue Management Software that provides leading indicators on property performance. From reviewing monthly statements to monitoring performance reviews, Hirsch has his hand in every facet of Tzadik, providing guidance and the tools necessary for those around him to succeed.  Hirsch brings tremendous value in his ability to maximize the proficiency of Tzadik’s day to day business practice.

Robin Stinson

Having held positions from President to Marketing and Leasing the property types ranged from small Rural Housing in W. VA to very large Luxury High Rise in Los Angeles. Six years of single family management with three top investment groups provided well rounded experience in the field of property management. As a CPM member of The Institute of Real Estate Management Robin serves the industry as an International instructor to those seeking their CPM, ARM and other designations.  FL Broker and Community Association Manager course study and licensing offers stakeholders assurance that their properties are professionally cared for.

Cappi Donohew

Tzadiks longest running Regional Manager, Cappi joined the family in September of 2014, and has firmly entrenched herself into both the companies culture and core values. Her credentials stand very well versed in all aspects of Multi-Family Development and Management to include Luxury, Student, Senior, LIHTC as well as REIT with focus on human capital and people management.

With over 17 years of experience in Multi-Family Property Management, Cappi has consistently remained true to her founding principles. Those consist of implementing hard work and a common sense approach while consistently assuring the right people are in the right places in order to yield positive results for a quicker profit.

Cappi oversees 11 properties with Tzadik, handling the Orlando, Daytona and Jacksonville Markets.

Richard Parsons

Richard brings to Tzadik over 20 years of Maintenance experience. Starting years ago in grounds keeping then to Maintenance Tech/Assistant Maintenance Supervisor/Maintenance Supervisor/leasing and Property Management. Richards well rounded property experience has helped Tzadik grow to new levels in a lot of areas. Starting for Tzadik in 2015 as a Property Manager for the Winter Haven portfolio, he was promoted to Regional Maintenance Supervisor in 2016 over seeing all Maintenance teams in the state of Florida. Once Tzadik grew, Richard was promoted to Vice President of Maintenance in 2017 and now works closely with the COO and CRO of the company.
