CHRISTINA ALLETTO

Christina is Tzadik’s Chief Revenue Officer, playing a crucial role in maintaining the company’s financial efficiency. With Tzadik since May of 2016, she has become the head of both the Senior Regional Management Team as well as the head of our Human Resources Department. Christina also plays a crucial role in the company’s Third-Party Management push.
Specializing in identifying potential issues, Christina brings immediate solutions to various operational concerns that arise. Her ability to orchestrate a game plan through completion has potentially allowed for the mitigation of thousands of dollars in lost revenue.

For most of Christina’s career, she worked with a small owner and developer, helping transform a small company from 300 units to over 20,000 condominiums. She has played her hand at every level from property management, working all the way to President of a New York Property Management Company. She has immense experience in evaluating market trends and has executed these skills across many different regions. In addition to executing a $117 Million deal, Christina has overseen a multitude of varied projects including Lease Ups, New Construction, Historical Preservation and much more.

Christina makes a point to go out and to learn one new thing per day, and help others learn and expand on their practice. She has brought several training techniques and practices to the company that have paid dividends in helping ensure best business practices.

Sandra Ulloa, Human Capital Manager. Sandra has over 13 years of Human Resources experience. Sandra is a Human Resources Professional with strong knowledge in payroll, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety and workers’ compensation.  Sandra has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and masters in Human Resource Management. Sandra is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certificate Institute (HRCI) and as a Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Sandra is responsible for managing the Human Capital Programs and Payroll for Tzadik Management, she is passionate about her work and strives to make a difference for Tzadik team members.
