A North Dakota native, Angela Thurow is our Regional Manager for the Omaha & North Dakota Region.  Angela started with Tzadik Management in September of 2019 and oversees the day to day operations of the different properties in her portfolio and interacts daily with her management teams.  Angela helps ensure that employees are working hard to meet their team goals while providing excellent customer service.

She holds a Paralegal Bachelor’s degree and a minor in Communication Studies from Minnesota State University Moorhead and is certified with the National Apartment Association by obtaining her NALP designation in 2010. Currently, she is working hard towards achieving her Certified Apartment Manager designation.  She started her career in property management in 2007, working in residential management for 5 years, then switching to commercial property management and real estate, earning her real estate license in North Dakota in 2013 and then going back into residential management, all in the Fargo/Moorhead community.  Angela is also a board member of the Greater Red River Apartment Association in Fargo and participates in organizing monthly events to promote the association and industry.

Angela believes in always being open and honest and providing her staff with the “Why” they are doing something so they understand the purpose and feel more invested in the task.  She prides herself on leading by example and strives to make a difference for her staff by supporting them and ensuring they are all reaching their true potential.

Brenda Ferguson


Brenda Ferguson

Brenda Ferguson is the Regional Manager for our Sioux Falls, SD properties. She works closely with the Community Managers to assist them in day-to-day operations to ensure the overall success of the properties.  She has worked in the property management industry for 7 years with most of her experience being in the LIHTC and Section 8 programs, starting as a Community Manger and working her way up to Regional Manager. 

Brenda has a Certified Profession of Occupancy designation with plans of working towards a Certified Apartment Manager designation in the near future. Brenda has an Associates Degree in Business Administration and previously worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years.  She grew up on a cattle ranch in Wyoming and enjoys anything to do with the outdoors.

Ryan Wilkerson

Ryan is the Regional Operations Manager for Daytona Beach and Jacksonville. His mission is to effectively communicate policy and ideas throughout his regions while helping his teams achieve profitability for their properties. 

Ryan relocated back to Florida in 2011 from Nashville, TN to make a change in his career. Having always been interested in leasing apartments to those looking for a home, he found a way into the industry as a leasing agent. He went on to become an assistant manager, property manager and is currently thriving in his role as Regional Manager. 

Ryan is not afraid to work for what he wants. A believer that hard work teaches you the skills you need to nurture other hard workers, he genuinely cares about people and want what is best for them. His perspective is based off of logic and experience and not what necessarily “sounds best”. In addition to leading by example, his compassionate approach to leadership is what sets him apart!

Aaron has oversight of our Texas region. Aaron brings more than 13 years of multifamily industry experience with an extensive background in the oversight of lease ups, stabilized and rehab communities, budget maximization, developing of staff plans and owner and equity partner relationship management. He enjoys the challenge of meeting the owner’s goals, supporting his management teams and always keeping focus on learning and development.

Aaron currently holds several industry certifications, CAM, TCS, UPCS and HQS. He also active in the Institute of Real Estate Management where he is currently pursuing his CPM designation.

Having held positions from President to Marketing and Leasing the property types ranged from small Rural Housing in W. VA to very large Luxury High Rise in Los Angeles. Six years of single family management with three top investment groups provided well rounded experience in the field of property management. As a CPM member of The Institute of Real Estate Management Robin serves the industry as an International instructor to those seeking their CPM, ARM and other designations.  FL Broker and Community Association Manager course study and licensing offers stakeholders assurance that their properties are professionally cared for.
As the VP of Learning and Process Development for Tzadik Robin fosters the culture of personal and professional development. Continuous learning for all employees thru a multitude of mediums promote motivation and growth. Development and maintenance of Tzadik University provides a clear path of curriculum that applies to all positions. Keeping the training material up to date and cutting edge builds confidence in stakeholders and participants.

Tzadiks longest running Regional Manager, Cappi joined the family in September of 2014, and has firmly entrenched herself into both the companies culture and core values. Her credentials stand very well versed in all aspects of Multi-Family Development and Management to include Luxury, Student, Senior, LIHTC as well as REIT with focus on human capital and people management.

With over 17 years of experience in Multi-Family Property Management, Cappi has consistently remained true to her founding principles. Those consist of implementing hard work and a common sense approach while consistently assuring the right people are in the right places in order to yield positive results for a quicker profit.

Cappi oversees a large portion of our Tampa portfolio.
