Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Tzadik Management Group, Alex helped start the company back in 2007. He is the established leader of all investments and dispositions while also lending his hand into the operations and construction departments. Most recently, Alex has lead Tzadik’s Third Party Management initiative, leading and guiding the company to help other owners discover their assets potential by helping them manage their properties more effectively and efficiently.
Alex leads a fast paced-opportunistic real estate company with an aggressive investment strategy built on the principle of creating value through organized game plan orchestration. When exploring a new opportunity, Alex lives by the motto of what CAN be there in a year, not what IS there right now. Overall, he is the spearhead of discovering untapped potential, helping others grasp “the entire picture” to better focus their efforts to help Tzadik grow and prosper.
Alex graduated from the University of Florida in 2007. Shortly after finishing his degree, Tzadik Management was formed. In the company’s early stages, Alex was forced to wear many hats. While focusing primarily on real estate acquisitions and other growth opportunities, he would also become involved in other tasks, from rent collections all the way to dispositions of successful investments. Today, Alex’s day to day consists of helping orchestrate deals with various investors, brokers, engineers and much more, as well as being the main point of contact for all new acquisitions.
Alex is a believer in living a balanced and healthy lifestyle, both personally and professionally. Having established a happy medium between work and play, he is a constantly encouraging others to follow his lead.
