Shellie Linn started as the Area Director for the Sioux Falls for Tzadik in March of 2020. Shellie manages the Regional office in Sioux Falls, overseeing all operations for her portfolio’s 27 properties. Shellie works to recruit, develop, guide, and coach District Managers, Community Managers, and other team members to achieve outstanding results and become “A” players. She is accountable for the Sioux Falls region’s financial performance by analyzing local market trends to maximize operating revenue and net operating income.

Shellie started her property management career, not fully realizing the profound impact she would have on the lives she touched nor the impression it would leave on her. She has been humbled by the experience and the opportunity to give others a feeling of pride and security by offering a dignified solution through affordable housing options. She understands the insecurity and emotions tied to not having a stable housing situation and found that this has become a vital part of who she is and the compassion and understanding she has for those in similar situations.

A South Dakota native, Shellie has more than 11 years of property management experience in training, management, and development with conventional, tax credit, HUD, HOME, and RD properties. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary in Fargo, North Dakota, and has lived in the Sioux Falls area for over 20 years.

Ask anyone that has had the pleasure of working with Debbie Wheatley and they’ll tell you that she is passionate, open-minded, and driven. Debbie joined Tzadik Management in July 2019, and is the Regional Vice President of Texas. In her role she oversees the operations, and provides support and leadership for the Regional Managers. Debbie has more than 30 years of successful multi-family operation experience.

Nadine Norenè

Nadine Norene is an analytical and accomplished Accountant with more than 18 years of experience in all areas of real estate accounting. She has a proven ability to develop and integrate processes and procedures in alignment with company policies that positively impact efficiency, streamline workflow, and increase profitability. As the Comptroller at Tzadik Management, Nadine oversees all accounting and financial reporting procedures, including accounts payables and receivable, payroll, and other transactions. Throughout her career, Nadine has worked with leading property and investment management companies.

With her vast experience in real estate and property management, Nadine is able to improve processes and maintain successful relationships with both internal and external Stakeholders. Nadine holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Accounting from the University of the West Indies and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.

KENNETH E. KAHN, CPA

KENNETH E. KAHN, CPA

 Kenneth E. Kahn, CPA., is Chief Financial Officer at Tzadik Management. In his role he oversees the financial and accounting activity of the company. As a senior real estate, accounting, construction, and consulting executive with more than 40 years of experience, Ken has broad knowledge of development, investments, public and private accounting, construction, property and asset management, finance, technology, BPM/BPI, process engineering, negotiations, and administration.

Prior to starting his career in accounting, Ken was an electrician, maintenance mechanic, electronic technician, and HVAC mechanic. He served in the U.S. Army (Airborne) during the Vietnam Era.

Ken is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Business Advisor, and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. He also holds, or has held, designations as Certified Construction Auditor and Construction Cost Professional designations from NACA, Master of Corporate Real Estate and Master of Corporate Real Estate Services designations from CoreNet, a Certified Shopping Center Manager designation from the ICSC. Ken has been a CoreNet Global Learning and New York University School of Continuing Professional Education faculty member, speaker, and panel participant.

With his knowledge, vast experience, and skills in all phases of real estate, construction, accounting, finance, and operations, Ken helps us live up to our core value of being Financially Responsible.

JEMARI AMARO

Jemari has more than 19 years of combined marketing, communications, and sales experience. She is a dynamic and creative, forward strategic thinker who specializes in multi-cultural brand management applied to internal and external environments.

With her experience in various service industries both on the client and the agency side, she can map out the resident/tenant experience, lead the team to better position listings, improve customer service processes, and solidify brands to better connect with various audiences.

Kathy Hopkins

Kathy’s love of the law brought her to her career in Real Estate.  She attained her Paralegals decree after high school, going to work for an attorney for several years.  A Commercial Real Estate company recruited her to work in their leasing and marketing department for large shopping centers.  After a move to Alabama, Kathy joined a property management firm as a multi-site property manager learning rural development and tax credit. During this time, she was awarded property manager of the year 2 times for her efforts of leasing “hard to lease” properties in rural areas.  On her return to Florida, she continued to work as a property manager for a national company, coming to Tzadik in August of 2016 as a Property Manager.  Attaining her CAM in 2019 was on her list of goals to achieve.

Kathy’s hard work and diligence lead to being promoted to Regional Manager, she continues to strive for the team as well for herself, offering support and professional guidance to the five properties in the Daytona portfolio.
