Lucas is the Vice President of Finance at Tzadik Management. He oversees the entire financing and refinancing cycle from underwriting to closing, working with the investment team in raising debt, and the integration with operations and other company departments. With a very analytical and results-oriented approach, Lucas always improves how we underwrite and analyze deals to maximize returns to our company and our investors.
