Tessa Frank is a licensed real estate agent. With Tzadik since April of 2019, Tessa oversees all general office duties and day-to-day operations for the Midwest region. Interacting directly with Regional and Community Managers, Tessa ensures that each property is performing to its maximum potential.
She holds a Business Administration Degree with the University Phoenix, has a Housing Credit Certified Professional Designation, Site Compliance Specialist Designation, National Compliance Professional – Executive Designation and is currently working toward achieving her Certified Property Manager Designation. She started her career in property management in 2010 when she moved to Dickinson, ND.
A firm believer of leading by example, her teams ability to look to her as an illustration of how to approach their job is what makes her such a valuable asset to our team. Despite several years in the industry, Tessa is not afraid to apply unconventional and innovate solutions to any given problem, constantly expanding her horizons in the process.
