Multifamily property management company Tzadik Management and JM Real Estate, Inc., a commercial property management company that Tzadik recently acquired, are taking steps to ensure that their employees are getting the assistance they need amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Tzadik Stimulus Package, which benefits all 217 of its employees (including Tzadik Management and JM Real Estate, Inc.), offers a 3% company-wide raise for all employees and a $700/month stimulus check for three months to cover unexpected expenses due to the COVID-19 pandemic, including child daycare, indoor children’s toys, TV streaming memberships, as well as health related expenses.
The company is also hosting virtual parties with a music jam session with DJ Bam, raffles and other giveaways.
“We are proud to set an example for the real estate industry that we can continue to move forward with new COVID-19 guidelines to keep employees, residents and tenants healthy and safe,” said Tzadik Management Founder and CEO Adam M. Hendry in a press release. “No matter what obstacle may be affecting them, we are working by their side.”
As a part of its ongoing support of the community, the company also donated more than $2,500 to Feeding America to help feed food insecure families in the U.S.
